How long will it take for my order to be completed?
Most orders are ready within 7-10 days.

What happens after I place my order?
After an order has been placed it is reviewed for printability. We automatically adjust for alignment, text size, line thickness, etc. In some cases we may send an additional email with a proof for your approval. After your design is printed you will be emailed that your order is ready to be picked up.

How can I get help with my design?
If you are having trouble using the Drawing Board, please give us a call, send us a message or email, etc. Our customer service staff will be happy to help you.

Can you create my design for me?
Yes, our art department can make a new design for you, reproduce an existing design, even take your design off an existing shirt in some cases. Please contact us for a quote.

How can I see my design before it is printed?
All clients are emailed a virtual proof prior to printing. Arrangements can also be made to view the physical product on the premises. Samples can also be furnished upon request, please contact us for a quote.

Where is Brighter Image?
Brighter Image is located on 369A Union Ave in Laconia, NH 03246.

What if I have a problem with my order?
If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at brighterimage.com, if the goods are defective, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 7 days of receiving your custom order. Please contact Brighter Image for a return authorization before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
